We will meet to go over your intake for toxic form and get to know all about you and your health concerns at that moment. We will look into the past and try to figure out when any symptoms started.

Based on the initial wellness meeting Chef Collin and his team will review the finding and send an email with all the links to the tests that Chef recommends along with anything else he may want to give you at this time.Chef collin will provide recommendations to the kitchen items, cleaning supplies and other amenities that do not serve you, replaced by those that do.

This wellness meeting is the most fun, for both you and Chef Collin. Here you will go over the results, levels and data as it pertains to the recommended labs. You will discuss the detox, and the experience to this point. Chef collin and you will iron out the protocol, diet plan, shopping lists, recipes needed, and workout plan that fits you best to get you the results you need.

You will receive another email with all the links to the protocols and supplements recommended to you by Chef Collin, along with any biohacking protocols that may benefit you. You are now well on your way to a healthier happier you.

This discussion will be led by your progress. Here Chef Collin will answer all your questions regarding the supplements and deep dive on how you are feeling about the process to make sure you are headed in the right direction. You will learn ways to maneuver through the transition process.
